Using Emilie may be a waste of her abilities, but she's still great for content with waves when you don't have Nahida/Baizhu. If you're not using her on another team, then it's totally fine to play her in quickbloom or spread.

I don't think endgame is that bad, considering floor 11/act 8 is still more primos than before the theater was released. HP pool in floor 12 is definitely a lot higher, but still clearable with old teams from my experience.

Wriothesley Mavuika would work fine for melt, you can play Arlecchino on first half instead
ADC carry with Furina/Xianyun, but her best team is overload with c6 Chevreuse and c6 Iansan. The new set is best but obsidian codex is totally fine to use too.
