Asking which build I should use?

I know about the 1:2 ratio, but I'm still hesitating on which of these two... Just want some advice from y'all.

All are 4pc MareHunter Set. My team are: Neuv, Fishcl, Sucrose, and Zhongli/Diona

So for a long time, most ppl would agree that zhongli's shield is the best. However, recently citlali who can also generate shields with her skill has released. To anyone who has both zhongli and citlali, is citlali's shield better than zhongli's or no??

Some of this I’m sure you’ve heard about around but I just wanted to write it down anyways. So don’t yell at me pls if you “already knew this” or something :(

Note: Many of this information is gathered from various videos and some of my own findings or from things my friend has said, etc.

• His statue holds a cube shape unlike every other archon which has a circle shaped thing. Additionally his nation’s vision is the only square shaped ones. Although it could be because of his powers / cube related motifs in his gameplay, Nahida has a similar cube/square like gameplay and still holds a circle.

• His story quest is the only one that doesn’t have his constellation as its name.

• The only one who knows Nahida isn’t part of the original 7/remembers Rukkhadevata

• A similar marking on him that looks like the one on Arlecchino that means he may be cursed

• In cutscenes of him on videos posted by Genshin Impact [not in game cutscenes] we never see his eyes or full face, while introductions of other archons always show their eyes or faces.

• Most archons have had dialogue similar to the description of their elemental gemstones [the ones used to ascend characters]. Zhongli hasn’t said the line from his Geo gem. Furina hasn’t either but Zhongli seems a bit of an anomaly.

• In Neuvillette’s voice lines of the archons, his voice line about Zhongli comes before his voice line of Venti despite Mondstadt being the first nation we visit. However everything else is in order only with Anemo and Geo being rearranged incorrectly.

• Most archons have Honkai Impact exby— Venti and Wendy, Mauvuika obviously, Nahida and Theresa probably, Raiden and Raiden Mei, idk Furina but it is also strange that Zhongli doesn’t have a noticeable Honkai Impact exby.

• All Archons are either not their original parts [if that makes sense] or the original Archon— for example, there was an evil god before Venti and he had the nameless bard— Furina and the original Egeria, Mauvuika is not the first Pyro archon, Nahida and Rukkhadevata, while Zhongli is the only one who remained the only Archon of Liyue.

• Zhongli is never described to have been born or appeared but has been described to have “descended upon Teyvat”

• Another thing about Neuvillette, when he talks about the Archons, he mentions about having a fight with Zhongli but not the other Archons specifically. [His About the Geo Archon voice line mentions something about a possible conflict]

• If I’m not mistaken, you can name Wanderer things like Barbatos or the names of Archons [not Raiden though obviously] but you can’t name him Morax.

• Only banner name that isn’t in English. For example, Nahida is “Psychic of purity”, Raiden is “Plane of euthymia”, etc but Zhongli is “Vago Munro”

• The only Archon that doesn’t use flowers as an ascension material. Even Mauvuika uses flowers but Zhongli does not [and there are a lot of flowers in Liyue so it’s not like there’s a lack of them. Lore-wise, glaze lilies could work for him too but he doesn’t use them]

• Not only does he know the truth about Nahida, but he knows what Irminsul is as he says “history records, but history can be changed.”

• Although “vago mundo” means something like wandering the world or roaming the world in Latin and according to some people online it also means “empty world” in Portuguese which is pretty creepy.

• The only Archon without a tree related to them. For example, Venti’s tree in Windrise— Raiden’s sakura, Nahida and Irminsul— Furina and the tree in Sumeru that was Egeria’s consciousness or something?? Not sure if Mavuika has one since I’m not caught up with the Genshin quests but it is strange that he is the only [or one of the only] Archons without one.

I personally prefer option 3, but I'm not sure if the CR is enough? He seems to be able to proc favonius passive just fine... and I feel like it's not worth losing that much HP if I go with option 2?

Also, does the stone stele have a durability/"HP bar" sort of thing? I noticed it shatters instantly if he's too close to the target, but if enemy attacks can also destroy it...RIP 4pc TotM 💀

I am not active to much on this wiki but I just wanted do share this big success cuz I am happy as never before when it comes about Genshin

Is it confirmed that Guizhong and Zhongli were once lovers? I keep seeing EVERYONE act like they were lovers from songs to posts and everything, but I don’t remember in any game specifically saying it or referencing it. Even in some similar questions on reddit there’s always this one person like “yes they were” while others are sort of avoiding the question like “well it’s never been said anywhere…”

So like is there any confirmation in game or even pieces of lore that sort of implied a relationship? Thanks

Fun Fact: This will be the first double banner in which both limited characters (Neuvillette & Zhongli) will celebrate their birthdays (December 18th & 31st) before their banners end!
