So yesterday I was farming for Hu Tao artifacts, and I got an EM Sand Piece that rolled into Crit DMG 3 times. The Crit DMG is 27%. Is that any good? (For Hu Tao ofc). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have spent about 7.5k resin on this new domain hoping for a good hp% sands for my support zhongli, and I get this. I'm genuinely in pain.
