I can answer for dc mathwise. (assuming their going for c6r5)

To get a guaranteed c6 5*. You at most would need 1260wishes. Or 201,600 primos.

Meaning dc needs 760 wishes to get a c6 columbina right at release. Or.121,600

For the weapon, that would be a additional 180. (Or 28,800 primos.)

So if you were to get it to refinement 5, it would be 900, or 144,000 primos.

Adding that to the previous total.

1660 wishes to get a c6 5*+refinement 5 weapon based on current total.

Or 265,600 primogems.
