Iansan's mom having an affair leading to Bennet just sounds like a dumb fanfiction based solely to the fact that Iansan and Bennet share a hair and eye color which Kuki and Collei do too and aren't related. It doesn't explain why the world itself would hate Bennet and give him bad luck either. I don't even think Bennet is from Natlan since he doesn't have phlogiston or memory issues.

^^To be fair, one of the natlan world quests actually mentions how some natlanians doesn't have phlogiston control. One of the npc's we meet talks about how she's spent her entire life trying to do so.

(While I'm not saying they are related ; I don't personally think they are as it's likely a coincidence, I don't think its strange to raise the question. Several siblings in genshin look alike. The only ones that don't are adopted.)

Like, not saying their extreme. But in the 4.6 area, A fatui soldier was literally about to kill someone with no evidence or reasoning because he thought the name of the person was similar to his target.
