They got added back in like 2.1 or something I think. They're the monsters who were rampaging about in Razor's quest we just didn't see them.

Well like I said the rift wolves weren't added into the game yet so they wouldn't be in a story quest at that point lol

Arent they in like almost every region

The rifthounds were added in Wolvendom back in 2.4

Same, I got jumpscared by them when i was going to fight andrius once

I don't think I want to run into them if I ever go fight Andrius again

I remember being shocked by them once.

I was just farming materials with my low build team to lvl90 razor, and then I suddenly get jumped by rifthounds.
