Well like I said the rift wolves weren't added into the game yet so they wouldn't be in a story quest at that point lol

The rifthounds were added in Wolvendom back in 2.4

Same, I got jumpscared by them when i was going to fight andrius once

I don't think I want to run into them if I ever go fight Andrius again

I remember being shocked by them once.

I was just farming materials with my low build team to lvl90 razor, and then I suddenly get jumped by rifthounds.

Ugh, how I used to hate these things. Nowadays I'm strong enough that they're not a problem but damn...

They are the bad wolves from Razor's story quest and were added to Mond ages ago. Funnily enough, they were not there yet back when I played that part of the story.
