Being a wandering ronin for years is a feat. Successfully escaping the Shogun's forces is a feat. I would bet on Kazuha over a Fatui Agent any day. And blocking Raiden's sword strike is a feat - his friend's vision only made him fast enough to do it. It's his skill that allowed for a successful block, even with that.

Keqing meanwhile spends most of her time doing paperwork. She's not half the combatant Kazuha is.

I don't know what you'd even base a comparison to Aloy on, as Aloy has done literally nothing in game. (And as a gamepiece she's lackluster).

Wow, what? Kazuha has a backstory that involves regular use of his fighting abilities, and Keqing... doesn't. That should be determinative right there. And the use of combat skills in real combat situations is far more valuable than merely practicing.

Mike Tyson was (formerly) a good boxer in large part because he did spend a lot of time boxing. It doesn't have to be all the time, but if you don't regularly use a skill, you're going to be worse at it.

Your idea of what qualifies as a "feat" is just bizarre and ignores everything else we know about the characters' backgrounds.

We're talking about human opponents here. There's no "Tyrannosaurus Rex" equivalent. Keqing certainly isn't one, even metaphorically, nor is a Fatui agent.

Kazuha is a master swordsman with ample practice. Escaping Inazuma would have involved evading and fighting various elements of the Shoguns military. Just because I can't point to a specific fight doesn't mean we can't draw reasonable conclusions (like he probably fought kairagi equivalents, which are certainly in the ballpark of a Fatui Agent). I reject your demand for specific feats - backstory and reasonable conclusions derived thereof are valid evidence.

And he remains the only person to ever block the Musou, with the help of just a single vision (his friend's) that increased his speed. The sword technique was all him. Keqing has done nothing close. Defeating a Fatui agent is trivial by comparison. So if you want a feat, that legit stands as one. (You can go rewatch the cutscene on youtube - the only vision that activates is his friend's, and the only effect of it that is shown is increased speed).
