If you're low on EM, get EM. If you're low on HP, get HP.

Since you're low on EM, I'd probably recommend getting EM. It increases your overall damage by like, 20% or somewhere

EM:

16,490 vape damage with your N1

8,086 non-vape damage with your N1.

To make it easier, as I used to do the math a lot, I made an excel document so I can calculate damage after I put in the numbers. Thus I don't have to do all the different formulas over and over.

Assuming your EM sands don't have considerably worse sub stats, it should be the better option.
