Idk much about Hu Tao builds (or builds in general) but I think you can sacrifice a little bit of crit rate for crit dmg if you can

You also want to level her Normal Attack more. Leveling that gives greater damage returns than amplifiers like her E (same goes for Xiao and Yoimiya I think) so you should get her NA to 8 at least

like the people above me said, the crit dmg and em are kinda low

also, her talent priority is na > skill > burst, but her na seems to be the lowest?
