I think you should kill those cryo cicins too, because apparently, when cicins are spawned, the mage tends to summon shield.

She can't use her shield without her cicins, so it'd best you kill them once they spawn, another good strat is to keep on stunning her (wether by attack combo or elemental reaction). Hope this helps you.

Best thing about those cryo cicins is they tend to stay at the ground level when they’re attacking, compared to their electro version, so you can kill those cicins using your short-range phys dps.
